We live in a cluster house in Pasir Panjang in Singapore (331F Pasir Panjang Road, Lynnsville, Singapore 117474). It is in the Western part of the island. We are about 10 minutes by car from downtown, and about 20 minutes from the airport. We are just across the road from the National University of Singapore. We are also just across the road from West Coast Park and the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club.
We have three stories, basement and a roof terrace. In the basement there are two small rooms and two storage rooms. On the second and third floors there are two bedrooms each with attached bathrooms.

We're at 331F Pasir Panjang Road, Lynnsville. It is across from the Shell station at the entrance to Science Park II. It is also across from the Pasir Panjang Pillbox. It's a new cluster house, so some taxi drivers don't know it.
There is no security guard, but please press 06 (for F) on the intercom. However, we can only open the pedestrian gate from our unit. The brilliant architect that Heeton Holdings used thinks that we should walk out and open the gate ourselves.
Bus 10, 30, 51, 143, 183, 188 and 200 stop just outside. .
From Harbour Front MRT you can take 10, 30, 143 or 188. From Buona Vista MRT you can take 200, and from Clementi MRT you can take 96, 183 or 189.
