Research
Imaging and Vision My research has been in the fields of human and compute vision, image and video processing and applied mathematics in general.
In particular, I am interested in researches on visual information processing for digital multimedia, video technology, robotic navigation and pattern recognition.
In my opinion, the study of visual information processing should be a highly inter-disciplinary activity. Mathematics and computation could tell us what is possible while inspiration from biological vision could tell us what to study.
