Research

My research has been in the fields of human and compute vision, Image and video processing and Applied mathematics. In particular, I am interested in researches on visual information processing for robotic navigation, multimedia, video processing and surveillance. In my opinion, the study of visual information processing should be an highly inter-disciplinary activity. Mathematics and computation could tell us what is possible while inspiration from biological vision could tell us what to study.
