The viewing angle (eye position) can be changed by dragging the mouse across the screen. The eye can be bought closer/further to the model with the PageDown/PageUp keys.

The dimensions of the body and velocities around principle axes can be changed via the input boxes, coming into affect when the return key is pressed. Momentum parameters are relative to world (fixed/inertial) axes, so changes are probably easier done by sliding the 'Sim speed' scrollbar to the left and pressing return an input box, causing the simulation to orient body and world axes in the same direction.

The body is initially set rotating about a stable axis X (the principle axis with the lowest moment of inertia), plus a small momentum component off this axis to give a bit of wobble. The displayed inertia matrices are inverses.

On screen w represents angular velocity, L angular momentum.

Other controls:
P Plot path of unit velocity vector.
B Plot path of one vertex of body.
F4 (Function key 4)  2nd order integration using quaternions. (Default)
F3 (Function key 3) 1st order integration using quaternions.
F2 (Function key 2) 2nd order integration using matrices.
F1 (Function key 1) 1st order integration using matrices.
[ M Plot energy and momentum ellipsoids (one quadrant). Not done in a friendly way]
