Getting to CQF

The Centre is located in block S16 in the Faculty of Science on Kent Ridge campus. Getting to CQF by Car
  • Drive along Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
  • Get out at Exit 8 (North/South Buona Vista Road / National University Hospital).
  • Drive along Lower Kent Ridge Road for about 700m.
  • Drive past National University Hospital (NUH) and the Faculty of Dentistry building.
  • If you need to park, look out for Car Park 10 (Visitor’s car park). The entrance to this car park is on the right, near the Faculty of Dentistry building.
  • Park in any vacant white lots. Red lots are reserved for season passholders. Click here to view parking charges. With effect from 2 January 2015, hourly parking rate for visitors at Car Park 10 will be revised from $0.02 to $0.03 per minute to manage parking demand (Rates listed are before GST).
  • The visitor’s car park is located next to S17. Cross the road from S17, and walk towards S16.
  Getting to CQF by Taxi
  • It would be advisable to bring along a copy of the address which would be helpful for the taxi drivers.
  • Drive along Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
  • Get out at Exit 8 (North/South Buona Vista Road / National University Hospital).
  • Drive along Lower Kent Ridge Road for about 700m.
  • Drive past National University Hospital (NUH) and the Faculty of Dentistry building.
  • Alight near the bus-stop after the Faculty of Dentistry.
  • Walk towards S16.
  Getting to CQF by Public Bus
  • Take SBS 97, 197, 198 or SMRT 963 and alight at the bus-stop in front of NUS (from city) or SUTD (from Jurong) along the expressway.
  • Follow the sheltered walkway to S17 (on the same side of the road as the walkway).
  • Cross the road from S17, and walk towards S16.
  Getting to CQF by MRT (East-West line )
  • Get off at Buona Vista station.
  • Cross the road to the bus-stop in front of the Ministry of Education. Transfer to public bus SBS 95 or SBS 198.
  • For SBS 95, get off at the fifth bus-stop after, which is in front of LT27 (Lim Seng Tjoe). Walk towards S16.
  • For SBS 198, get off at the third bus-stop after, which is opposite SUTD on the expressway. Follow the sheltered walkway to S17 (on the same side of the road as the walkway). Cross the road from S17 and walk towards S16.
  • Note: It is also possible to continue the MRT ride to Kent Ridge station – get off at Buona Vista station and follow the overhead signs to transfer to the Circle Line.
  Getting to CQF by MRT (Circle line)
  • Get off at Kent Ridge station.
  • At the bus-stop in front of NUH, transfer to internal shuttle bus A1, A1E or D2 (all free of charge) or public bus SBS 95 (fare-based).
  • Get off at the second bus-stop after, which is in front of LT27 (Lim Seng Tjoe). Walk towards S16.
  • Alternatively, walk from the MRT station to S16, which takes about 10-15 minutes.
